Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All US orders are shipped via standard tracked shipping. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of shipment. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

4. Free Shipping

All US orders qualify for free standard shipping. No minimum order value required. No coupon code needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@sorelya.com.

6. Shipping Delays

Sorelya™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, DHL, FedEx, or other carriers)
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • US public holidays
  • High-volume shipping periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations around your property. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@sorelya.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at your choice.

Sorelya™ is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at support@sorelya.com immediately — we can only modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect packages. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sorelya.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
