To initiate a refund, contact our support team at support@sorelya.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Our team will process your request within 1–2 business days.
Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. You are not required to return the product — we trust our customers. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
Orders where the 30-day window has expired are not eligible for a refund. Sorelya™ is a consumable dietary supplement — we reserve the right to limit refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@sorelya.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund, at your choice.
Shipping Costs
